The building's business neighbours are diverse, covering sectors such as financial services, e-commerce solutions and call centre recruitment. Along this busy business corridor there are also national packaging, roadway infrastructure and security companies, and a Japanese hi-tech mining multinational. The business centre is in a good position for commuters, with Breukelen railway station a short walk away, providing connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Incidentally, Brooklyn in New York City traces its name back to Breukelen.
